Fallen Angels - Merchant in the Middle
Fallen Angels is a Glam Rock band that was formed in 2011. With an awesome sound, Fallen Angels has toured around - mostly through Italy - in support of their previous releases to much fanfare. Today we are excited to share our thoughts on “Merchant in the Middle” from Fallen Angels’ new album Otherside, released through Andromeda Relix.
“Merchant in the Middle” demands your attention from the opening guitar riff and holds on throughout its entire duration. Both the instrumental work - especially the guitar performance - and the vocals are energetic and awesome, really showing a lot of life. Fallen Angels have taken what worked the best about classic Glam Rock and have built on that sound with their own style to really create something special; “Merchant in the Middle” is a great example of what they do with their awesome sound.
I am really impressed by the way in which Fallen Angels make the legendary Glam Rock sound relevant again. Their songs are high-octane and a lot of fun to listen to and I think they are a band worth exploring.
