Lyrically, the track is an all-out assault, featuring some of the best wordplay I have heard recently; this coincides with exceptional flow that hits like a machine gun. The instrumental portion of the track also stands out compared to pretty much anything else that I have heard from the hip-hop/rap genre, featuring a very easy to dance to beat and high-class production with a lot of textures and moving parts that make this one of the most striking instrumentals I can recall. This track is easy to vibe to and rock out with - play it loud!
Overall, “All I Wanted” is a striking, brilliant and bold piece of music from a rapper whose career I am eager to watch develop.
