Karen Harding - Devil In The Mirror

Karen Harding is a Melbourne, Australia based singer/songwriter. For Harding, music is not just a powerful way to express herself, she also sees it as a “soul conversation”, held in a language that “does not discriminate in any form” - a truly eloquent view on how we communicate through music. Today we are excited to share our thoughts on Karen Harding’s single, “Devil In The Mirror”!

“Devil In The Mirror” is a bit different than Harding’s previous work, taking an Indie-Pop approach that serves her singing voice and lyric writing skills quite well. An emotive and relatable message resonates within those lyrics as Harding sings about that voice within that points out our inadequacies - something I can certainly relate to. The synth-y bass and drums in this track remind me of something pulled straight out of the 80’s, though the polish featured in the production is clearly contemporary, making the song feel right at home with modern Indie-Pop.

A great evolution in the career of Karen Harding, “Devil In The Mirror” showcases her talents in a big way and is a phenomenal song that I think you all will enjoy. Make sure you keep up with Karen Harding through her Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and website.
