Käsyädë - Durango 99
Käsyädë is a new band from Lugo, Galicia, Spain. This group is comprised of Manu Rodriguez and his eleven year old daughter Judith RG, with the duo being accompanied by drummer Julio Pita de la Vega. Käsyädë is currently in the process of releasing their debut album and they plan to release each song individually as singles. Today we are excited to share our thoughts on Käsyädë’s new single, “Durango 99”!
“Durango 99” kicks off Käsyädë’s debut album and is an instrumental piece coming in at a short but sweet one minute and thirty-eight seconds. This electrifying song is a real tone-setter and I can just imagine how it will play in relation to the other songs on the album. By itself, “Durango 99” stands a refreshing and energizing song that is a real delight to listen to; I love how the first half of the song is full of energy before slowing down a bit as it closes out, this really provides that refreshing feeling I described earlier.
I think that Käsyädë is a band you will be excited to hear more from and “Durango 99” is an excellent single that teases what this band is all about.
