Matty Marz - My First Tattoo
Matty Marz is a pop music artist and producer based out of New York. We have previously listened to many songs from Matty Marz including “Mine!”, “Nu Eyes” and “Watcha Looking At”. Today we are excited to share our thoughts on the latest from Marz, “My First Tattoo”!
Infectiously and catchy, “My First Tattoo” is a massively special song that is sure to garner some positive attention for Matty Marz. This track has that perfect top of the charts radio/streaming sound to it and I feel like it is a testament to how Matty Marz has grown as an artist; everything from the way the instrumental absolutely vibes to the way the lyrics pop is of the highest quality and I was left quite impressed. Additionally, I really just like this song on a personal level - it has the kind of melody that really syncs up with what I’m looking for in contemporary music.
Although the year is still quite young, “My First Tattoo” is definitely my favorite music discovery of 2023 so far - and it is definitely one that will be hard to top.
