“The Sophisticated Savage” is an excellent hip-hop song that showcases Mighty PLUTO’s talents. Indeed, you would be hard pressed to find an artist with bars quite like this. Equally impressive is the stop-motion and claymation style music video created by Dex Heartwood that accompanies the music; you can tell painstaking effort was put into presenting the story in the video and it is a true art piece by itself. Mighty PLUTO’s partnership with Heartwood for this video helps to bring his song to life which adds to the already easily memorable nature of the song.
I really like the image that Mighty PLUTO is able to present through the videos he features alongside his songs; the music by itself truly is something special that is easy to vibe with but the high quality animated videos really add a layer that you can’t find anywhere else.
