NXICON (No eXcuses I Can Overcome Negativity) is a Hip-Hop/Rap artist based in Atlanta, Georgia coming all the way from Grand Rapids, Michigan. NXICON has come a long way as a self-proclaimed “street thug” to a now accomplished musician in the area - a success story from an area that doesn’t produce many success stories. Today we are going to take a listen to his newest single “Make It Bounce 4 Me”.
“Make It Bounce 4 Me” starts off with no slow introduction - quite the opposite, in fact. The beat comes in and you will find your head bobbing as soon as it does. This track features a synthesizer which is definitely classic and oldschool in the best of ways, truly making a powerful impact on the song’s instrumental portion. “Make It Bounce 4 Me” is definitely something that reminds me of something you would hear in a high-class club in Atlanta and if this track isn’t currently bumping on the radio, at least in the Atlanta area, then it is truly a shame. This track really leaves the impression that NXICON is an artist you want to jump in on before he blows up big.
NXICON started making music on the streets of Lansing and has since developed a name for himself over time through releasing projects independently and later getting signed with KJ Records and “Make It Bounce 4 Me” does a great job of showing us just how far this artist has come.
