The Little Wretches - Running (Was the Only thing To Do)
The Little Wretches is an American band from Pittsburgh formed by brothers Robert and Charles (Chuckie) Wagner. Through many different incarnations of the band, this group has continued to persist through the years and still release some great music. We have previously checked out Little Wretches’ “All of My Friends” and today we are excited to share our thoughts on “Running (Was the Only thing To Do)”!
“Running (Was the Only thing To Do)” is a very smooth track that almost seems to glide along in an easy to digest way. Utilizing a broadly textured backing instrumental, this track really has a lot to explore within, something that makes it a track that you will want to listen to multiple times. An impassioned vocal performance rounds things out while providing the perfect amount of kick to really make this song a memorable one.
The Little Wretches is a group that has done well to adapt, survive and thrive through the years and it is awesome to see them continuing to make such high quality music.
