Unspeakable Vehicle is a band that was formed in November of 2019. Featuring vocalist/keyboardist Austin Perry, guitarist Patricia Oprisiu and drummer/secondary vocalist Noah Smith, this band is known for its deep lyrics and soundscapes. Today we are excited to share our thoughts on Unspeakable Vehicle’s single, “Eagles & Vultures”!
“Eagles & Vultures” is one of the most interesting and introspective songs we have listened to here at Which Coast. Lyrically, we are presented with two parallel but conflicting ideologies; in the song, this is represented by the Eagles who are zealous patriots and the Vultures who take a more level-headed approach to their views. The imagery presented within the lyrics is spectacular as well and really brings these conflicting ideologies to life. At nearly seven minutes in length, this song is a long one - and one that is easy to get lost in, both from its deep soundscape and from its creative, deep lyrics.
I feel like “Eagles & Vultures” is one of those can’t miss songs; my description of its lyrics is brief and you all will be best served by experiencing the song for yourselves!
