2oyalty, also known by the name Royalty, is a rapper from Chicago, Illinois. This talented artist has a lot of care for his craft, to the point that he has learned how to be an engineer and producer in addition to writing his flow-filled lyrics. Today we are excited to share our thoughts on 2oyalty’s single, “Hoelotta”!
“Hoelotta” is an excellent song that clearly illustrates 2oyalty’s natural talent for rap. This song manages to be both relatable and fun at the same time, with 2oyalty’s lyrics presenting a natural yearning that anyone can relate to while the actual presentation of the lyrics ebbs and flows incredibly naturally, really giving us insight into 2oyalty’s skills with melodic flow. Even just the wordplay in the song’s title is a lot of fun, playing on the repeated phrase “whole ‘lotta”.
