“Angel With Broken Wings”, which features vocals provided by Miles Elliot, comes in at an even three minutes and puts Catchy Max’s production skills at the forefront. An extremely melodic piece, this track features just the right amount of layers to make it really click. Miles Elliot’s soulful lyrics also help to drive the song’s thematic home while simultaneously providing an extra dynamic that makes the track stick with you long after initially listening. The way in which the instrumental portion of the track and the vocals play off of each other really gives “Angel With Broken Wings” the kind of impact that I feel Catchy Max was striving for while writing this piece.
Catchy Max really lives up to his name; the music he produces is certainly catchy, though with all of the elements that go into his sound, I feel as though referring to it as richly melodic is more accurate.
