Avion - Help Me
Avion is a nineteen year old musician from Los Vegas, NV. Avion got his start in music while rapping at lunch with his friends in high school but only began to take music seriously after a breakup; subsequently he began to work with his friend Chance and learned to truly express himself through his music. Today we take a listen to “Help Me”, Avion’s top-tier single.
“Help Me” is a short song, coming in at around two minutes but it accomplishes so much in that timeframe. The track utilizes a hip hop beat that drives the song extremely well and bounces really nicely; this song would sound great on a long car ride. Avion’s vocals are well-produced and full of pulsing melody, giving the song an emotive but radio-friendly vibe. Lyrically, Avion seems to be singing about his breakup and the aftermath of it - or perhaps a similar situation - and the lyrics are emotive with his vocals matching the themes provided by the lyrics. Despite being one of just a handful of songs he has released, “Help Me” is striking and memorable, showing off Avion’s dazzling songwriting skills.
Avion is an excellent up-and-comer in the music scene and “Help Me” is a shining example of his potential.
