Barista - Dreams Remix B
Bahadır Han Eryılmaz, better known in the music world by his artist name Barista, is a music artist based in Istanbul. Barista bares his soul with each release, something that truly appeals to the human spirit. We have previously covered two of Barista’s tracks, “Circular Lives” and “Sweet” and today we take a look at his track, “Dreams Remix B” from Open Sesame Vol. 3: A Different Beat.
“Dreams Remix B” kicks off with a distorted guitar, setting up some extremely interesting parity with the track’s more EDM-centric electronic bass elements as the song progresses. It is in this relationship between each instrumental element where we see the genius of Barista; you wouldn’t necessarily think that what Barista combines here would work well together but everything is woven so perfectly that you now cannot imagine the song any other way. The track’s female vocal performance is exceptional as well and both the vocals and lyrics match the remixed backing track extremely well.
Barista’s multi-volume project Open Sesame has yielded some truly exceptional work and I think that with each release, Barista’s skills are able to shine through in a unique way.
