Barista - Sweet
Bahadır Han Eryılmaz, known by his artist name Barista, is a music artist based in Istanbul. An artist with a compelling sound, Barista manages to really appeal to the human spirit with his music, something you definitely do not see everyday. We have previously covered Barista’s gripping single, “Circular Lives” and today we take a listen to “Sweet” which is from Volume 2 of his multi-volume album Open Sesame.
“Sweet” is a song that definitely comes from a personal place; Barista is truly singing his heart out in this track and it matches the lyrical themes completely. Reflective in nature, Barista describes feeling alone and the time he has spent apart from someone he loves; Barista’s request in this song is for the person he is singing for to remember the “sweet” things he has said and done. Instrumentally, this track is on-point and appropriately tight, providing a foundation that perfectly suits Barista’s singing voice. With a sound that matches its name perfectly, Barista has created yet another moving track that is easy to relate to.
Barista is a talented artist who does some really meaningful things with his music.
