Jaylen Childress - Strength to Endure
Jaylen Childress is a 15 year old singer/songwriter and pianist from Northeast Mississippi. Already an established artist, despite her young age, Childress serves in her local chuch as the piano player as well as in the childrens church ministry. Jaylen also sings in the frontline soprano section of the Mississippi UPCI All State Youth Choir. Together, with her producer/engineer, Reginald Furtick, Jaylen has put together a brilliant track, “Strength to Endure”!
Combining a heartfelt spiritual composition with Jaylen Childress’ powerful vocals the song tells a story of hope. The incredible backing instrumental provides rich emotional cords. This original song, along with the release of the orchestral arrangement, are sure to provide an experience for the heart and soul of all who hear it. These two tracks are truly beautiful. The story Jaylen tells with her lyrics and the truth told in her voice brought me to tears. The orchestral version left me in awe more than once with the rise and fall of emotion felt in the sound of each instrument individually as well as leaving you feeling as if your spirit is soaring with the complete sound.
Jaylen is without a doubt talented and you can feel the passion that she has for her craft. It is also notable to add that her producer/engineer did outstanding work arranging a philharmonic orchestra to the original song. This MIDI mock-up was beautifully produced and mastered.
