Jaza is a Hip-Hop artist from New York City, New York. At the age of eleven, Jaza first fell in love with music and this artist has not looked back since then, truly developing into a talented artist. Today we are excited to share our thoughts on Jaza’s latest and greatest single, “When I Call”!
“When I Call” features a nice mixture of R&B and Hip-Hop, headlined by some truly soulful vocals by Jaza. The backing track pairs well with Jaza’s vocals and lyrics, rounding things out in a very nice way. I must say though, truly, the vocal performance is exceptional, featuring brilliant melodic work; the fusion of Hip-Hop and R&B is extremely prevalent in the vocals as Jaza alternates between quick-hitting rap bars and some slower, more deliberate lines.
I was left deeply impressed by Jaza’s talent after hearing “When I Call” for the first time; this genre-bending song is truly of the highest quality and I cannot wait to hear more from Jaza!
