Adonis Aurelius - Fade Away
Adonis Aurelius is singer/songwriter originally from Schenectady, NY. Inspired in part by familial ties to the music industry, music has always been an important part of Aurelius’ life. Following a decade in the marines, Aurelius has decided to embark upon a music career and his passion for music shows strong in his debut single, “Fade Away”.
“Fade Away” begins with a count-in by Aurelius, a nice approach that immediately adds a delicate touch of sincerity to the song. Aurelius’ guitar playing on the track is both serene and remorseful, beautifully setting the stage for his vocals. The vocals are the true highlight of the song as Aurelius sings his heartfelt goodbye to someone special, speaking about “fading away” from their memory - a reverent and deeply relatable theme which Aurelius captures the emotions of perfectly. As the track ends, Aurelius whispers “I will always love you”, punctuating how personal “Fade Away” truly is.
“Fade Away” is a beautiful and incredibly strong debut for Adonis Aurelius’ music career. Although Aurelius currently focuses on a singer/songwriter style for his upcoming album, he plans on experimenting with other genres as his music career progresses - something that adds to our many reasons to keep an eye on his developing career.
