Introducing Poundshop Parka
Poundshop Parka is a new music experience founded by Pete Devaney and Tom Jenkins. Old friends, Tom decided to join forces with Pete after Pete had written an entire album; working with B Side Recording to complete the album, the duo has even recorded four tracks at the legendary Abbey Road Studios. Today we are going to share our thoughts on Poundshop Parka’s debut track which will release on February 18, 2022!
The track is exceptionally groovy and led me to groove along myself throughout each listening session; the bass in the opening and prevailing melody throughout helped to carry things along brilliantly. I was also deeply impressed by both the composition and production; although this will be Poundshop Parka’s debut song, you can tell it comes from experienced music artists who are passionate about their craft. This song will leave you with a lasting impression that serves as a great introduction to a band that I am sure will be making waves in short order.
I personally cannot wait for you all to hear what Poundshop Parka has to offer. I anticipate their entire new album will be on the level of the track that I just listened to and take my word for it - that alone is pretty special.
