The Castlebuilder - Solidarity Song
The Castlebuilder is a singer/songwriter from the twin cities, Minnesota who incorporates elements of the folk and rock genres into his music. The Castlebuilder is a new artist who lost his job due to COVID-19 which has given him the chance to pursue his music aspirations. Today I get to take a look at The Castlebuilder’s upcoming song, entitled “Solidarity Song”, which is due out on July 17th, 2020.
“Solidarity Song” showcases The Castlebuilder’s songwriting abilities and features heavy and meaningful lyrics seemingly inspired by recent tragedies. The track as a whole reminds me of a slower Oasis-style ballad, full of heart and soul; The Castlebuilder sings with similar vocal force and tact to Liam Gallagher as well. Overall what excites me most about this track is the potential I hear in The Castlebuilder’s songwriting and I look forward to following his career blossom.
Despite my admiration for “Solidarity Song”, it will not be released until next month so I cannot share it with you all quite yet.
